Booking terms

The simple rules for bookings, payment and cancellations.

Booking

  • Send a request through the availability page. A booking is only confirmed once I've replied by email to confirm it.
  • I look after children aged 3–12, up to 6 children per booking.
  • I cover Matlock and anywhere within 10 miles.

Rates

  • £8.50 per hour for up to 2 children
  • £9.00 per hour for over 2 children
  • £12.00 per hour after midnight, for any number of children
  • Minimum booking 1 hour

Part hours are charged proportionally. Your confirmation email shows the total.

Payment

  • Bank transfer:Bank transfers are due within 48 hours after the booking. Please use your booking reference as the payment reference.
  • Cash: paid on the night.
  • Card payments are coming soon.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as you can. Cancelling on an earlier day is free. If you cancel on the day of the booking, half of the booking cost is still payable.

If I ever have to cancel, I'll tell you as soon as possible and you won't pay anything.

Running late

If you're going to be later than planned, please let me know as soon as you can. Extra time is charged at the usual rates.

Getting home

For bookings that finish late, please arrange a lift home or collection for me.
