About Eloise
Hi, I'm Eloise! I'm 17 and studying Early Years & Education (T-Level). Working with children is what I love, and it's what I'm training to do as a career.
I started Buck Up Buttercup because I want parents to be able to go out and properly relax, knowing their children are with someone reliable, caring and fun. I believe children should feel listened to, so I try to create a safe space where their opinions and feelings are heard and any worries are taken seriously.
My experience
Alongside my course, I've gained experience with children through volunteering, school clubs and work placements. My studies cover child development, safeguarding, and planning activities that help children learn through play, and I bring all of that to every booking.
What an evening with me looks like
- I arrive a few minutes early so you can talk me through anything I need to know.
- We play games, get creative with crafts, read stories, or whatever your children enjoy most.
- I help with homework if there is any, and can make simple meals and snacks.
- I follow your usual bedtime routine and your house rules.
- When you get home, I'll let you know how everything went.
Why "Buck Up Buttercup"?
